Dear Sir/Mam,
I, Byas Narayan Agrawal, am a subscriber of AIRTEL Mobile Postpaid connection with number [protected] (MP & CG Circle). I am requesting for paper bills from last 2 months. I got calls from appellate authorities but everytime they just said that I will get paper bill in next 5 days. But I never get any paper bill even after almost daily follow up. Now they have stopped services due to non-payment of bill.
I want to know whether paper bill is my right or not? If the fault is on part of AIRTEL, then how they can disconnect the services? The reason for request of paper bill is that I travel almost all the days of month, so office staff can pay the bill on time if I get paper bill on time. But even after so much request to Airtel, I didn't get any solution for this. Now they have stopped services on that number.
Please guide us how to proceed further.
