Due to some network issue at the company's end, the international pack recharge wasn't fulfilled and the moment we reached malaysia / thailand, the packs didn't work as expected; due to the connectivity loss, we had to recharge multiple times of 500 / 100s to get our sim working to contact our parents in india (Which is the first and foremost trouble caused by the company). After a long struggle with the customer care and escalation teams, the problem wasn't resolved and ultimately, after reaching ceo's email address, received a response that the refund was initiated and much to my disappointment, the amount was refunded as a prepaid balance. And, i am unable to use that amount for doing the recharge properly as well! On top of everything, the response from the customer care (Don't even call refer them as customer care going forward) team is pathetic! They are not even ready to hear to customer's complaints/issues, just be attached to their sops which are not written to help customer though! Only escalations to ceo will make them address customer's issues with some attention but eventually end up in torturing the customer. Was this information helpful? |
