I am being cheated by airtel since the last 2-3 months!... Account no. [protected].
I am being charged rent for 3 connections even though one connection has not been working over the last two months or so due to a problem at airtel end. The situation has been persisting in spite of several complaints looked over the last couple of months or so. (Telephonic request no. 67963523.) in order to ensure continuity of services, i am compelled to pay the rent for all 3 connections in spite of communication to airtel about the fault from this end... This means that airtel is charging and forcing me to pay for services that are not single provided.
This is downright harrassment and cheating.
Resolution hoped :
(1) refund of the excess amount charged
(2) all three connections to be in order
(3) no additional charges to be charged to me for the resolution (Includes - ensuring that all three connections work.)
(4) compensation equivalent to atleast one month's rent for the harrassment caused by airtel.
