Dear Airtel,
In last 2 months, I have visited Airtel centre in Chembur, Mumbai 'n' number of times and I had once escalated my issue to higher govt. authorities and copied CEO of Airtel and thats when the issues was resolved. I seriously want to understand what is the quality standards you follow? have you ever checked how your staff is working at the customer care centre? Have you ever looked at the feedback given by the customers in the feedback book? I doubt it. There are so many complaints against the staff of Chembur Airtel Centre but I don't see anything happening from the company to improve the quality. In the era of Information and technology, where things are getting resolved online and remotely but for any airtel related service we always have to visit your store. WHY ALWAYS?????? I am traveling most of the time but to get update on my request or application, I have to drive to your place just to get update on my request.. WHY???? Why can't your people give us update on our application? Why can't your people behave properly and provide required information? Why for every service request we have to go through this painful process?
On 6th of Aug, I applied for prepaid to postpaid and always paid Rs 300 charges, even after a week there was no update from Airtel, then as usual when I was back to the town I visited the store on 16 Aug then they told me that as I recently ported my number from AP to Mumbai, there are some issues but mostly it will get resolved and they will get back to me on 17th but till now there is no response from you. It is very frustrating to write such mail all the time. For God sake improve your quality and train your people on store to provide proper information and behave properly.
