Airtel — pathetic services and extremely expensive _ please stop services immediately [protected]

Hi,
I am using airtel for many years and have been your valuable customer through postpaid and broadband respectively. But this time to my utter disappointment your team has shown a pathetic response to my request.
I have been getting the speed of less than 20 mbps and sometimes even lesser (Attached are few snapshots). I complained about it, but i am getting the same lesser speed intermittently. Above all, this month i have got a bill of 1296 inr, which is comparatively very very much higher for such a plan.
Kindly stop my airtel broadband services and provide my final bill for settlement before closing.

I have Request for portability on11th nov. From reliance to airtel .but after 10 days there is no signal in my new airtel sim .my porting sim no is [protected] .alternative no is [protected].

I have registered your complaint and the reference number is SR82093566. Let me assure that the issue will be resolved by 23/12/2017.

i have complaint with airtel customer care but not solution .
airtel not response very poor service.

I would like to surrender the following mobile postpaid connection numbers for immediate deactivation :

The numbers have been unused by me for over a year . I request you to resolve my request at the earliest .

I got some 30 GB as per "My Aiertel APP".
But I have been charged for data usage.
When I asked the Customer care, they are saying that the App is not working properly.
