I made a payment o[censored]ppcl electricity bill on niki app for rs 2457.06/- through virtual debit card of airtel payments bank but my transaction got failed due to some reasons and the app showed that my payment is refunded successfully (Vide the refund reference id is [protected]) but it is not reflecting in the my wallet yet...
So can you please check that why the amount is not credited back in my account and till when can i expect it to be credited? My wallet is linked with my no. 8171551xxx...
I contacted their customer care on the email [protected]@airtelbank.com & was requested to provide the refund reference no which i provided back but since last 7 working days, waiting for the team to respond back and no reply is received from their end which is very distressing... Send them mail again but still no response... The case no., customer care provided me was case:3070905... I want my money back in my airtel wallet... This is so unjust on part of airtel that their representatives are not replying back the status to the customer...
