Issue: sir today around 1:30 approx i had made a payment of my postpaid account of rs 500 via my airtel app payment wallet.
Now with your great app says thank you for the transaction message came but within few mins some another message came as failed transaction, so i have redone the transaction via the payment app now this time message comes as thank you n all.
Now when do i check my bank account balance found that i had made a 2 time transaction of rs 500 of paying the bill so i had given a call to the customer care another good expirience the person pickup the call was in his own dream world speaking what god knows so asked for the supervisors help now the person came with complete timeline n details as to take the call n put a complain letz the customer go off to sleep for 10 days.
Now my question rises like i was a reliance customer for around 5-6 years n old one mr lijo fron airtel sevice manager took my account n told me to get in as i also do found the confidence n approach that being the best in the telecom sector lets go for it.
Trust me its a horrible expirience which i am getting from day 1 like bill payment issue app issues now what else left. What kind of service and approach which you do towards the customer?
Like to get my own money which i have paid the billed amount n with the mistake of your airtel app i have done another payment as a loyal customer now ihave to wait for this whole complete month correct? Which is being said the tat by the customer service team see rs 500 is not the issue that i have paid but the its the revert back of the services which i am getting its just awesum.
Its just really making me sick n tired of it why is such so? Why should i bear your issue? You say itz airtel promise postpaid promise its all fake nothing which you can do.
Requesting you if you please go through the email want an revert which i need to buy. Else i am marking the email to all the heads who are available in the system.
I would require an quick and prompt action on this regard.
