Airtel — Plan not activating

Address: Hisar, Haryana, 125055

Sir I have received message from airtel service center Hisar on 10 Feb 2017 that I get one month free with recharge of one month of 285. Airtel dth not given offer after recharge of 285.I call to service center and customer center many time.they not activate .
