Airtel — poor internet speed in bsf campus madhopur pathankot punjab area

Sir, internet speed of Airtel 4G network is very poor/slow. I am facing this problem since 2 months and I have already compliant regarding this issue but problem still persist. I am using airtel postpaid connection and pay Rs. 900 approx per month. I am unable to use data provided by airtel. The same problem are being faced by colleagues.Psehelp
