Dear Sir-Madam.
I want a new Airtel DTH direct to home satellite TV connection (HD connection basic) from Airtel. However I have a few technical queries related to Set top box functionality. Questions related to scanning types supported (1080i/1080p), HDCP versions, recording features and a few more. These are profound tech queries which only backend tech folks can answer.
However there's no provision to talk to an agent. call center number is there but it's all automated for existing customers. For new connection request they automatically note down the number and disconnect.
Writing to nodal office did not help as I got AI Chatbot reply and again telling me to contact customer care.
I am stuck. No one is there to help. Sales team is not reachable and when they call at random they don't allow to talk to tech experts.
This customer apathy is really disappointing. I don't know what more to say.
If I write to CEO their mailbox does not accept incoming connections from external public domain and they are rejected.
