I am holding Airtel mobile sim since 2004 and past one year I have an issue with the number and serveral complaints given and not received any solution so far. Everytime when I give complaint they will create the complaints their own and not the complaint what I am giving and later message will receive problem solved.
ref.60901920 and 64449774. both ref.numbers they have created their own complaint reason, not what I have given. and there are few more complaints I have given directly to their airtel shops(Indira Nagar(Bangalore) too(even written complaints in their register), but no positive responses.
My issue is when ever my mobile number is busy, diconnet, and not reachable caller gets a message INVALID NUMBER instead of BUSY or not reachable from mobile service.
Everytime when I gives the complaints will clearly tell them to call me and test the issue and work it accordingly. But they never ever does that and simply solve the issue with what they created issue their own instead of real issue of a customer.
Hoping I will get some positive response on this issue.
