Airtel — port code is not being generated

My Airtel no is [protected] is of M.P. circle. i wanted to port it in Uttarakhand circle . for that i sent a porting request on 21 Nov but did not get the code. so i called up Customer care person asking for the same so he told me that it would take around 48 hrs. but still i did not get the UPC. so please help me
