Dear sir,
On 9/12/2017 i have raise a request to port my number ([protected]) from idea to airtel. Today, 14/12/2017 my idea sim has deactivated and airtel not start its services, however when i replace my sim from idea to airtel, i got a message from airtel "your services have been set. Please restart your handset." but now i'm fully frustrated as airtel customer care persons are telling me to wait till 17th december. Without my active number how can i wait till 17. This is a completely a cheat case as when i get in touch with airtel the person who come to me with new airtel sim, he told me that your number will immediate activate once the idea deactivate your services. Requesting you to kindly do the need full as early as possible.
