[Resolved] Airtel — Porting of my mobile no [protected]

I have requested for port my No. [protected] from UP to Delhi . At alakhnanada airtel store I had given all my documents and requsted for port my No. And on 01.09.16 I have provided porting code to them but my No. Is not started on 17.09.16 again I visited the same store and they have taken my alternate contact No. saying that they will call me and my No. Will be activated but till now it has not been done and I am very annoyed with this kind of customer service from airtel.
