Dear Manager,
This is to bring to your notice that from the last 2 months I am trying to port my number from Reliance to Airtel (Postpaid). My earlier number is a corporate number and all the relevant documents have been submitted from my company to the Airtel vendor(s). I tried to port my existing number from 2 Airtel shops firstly located in Yelhanka (Bangalore) but as I didn't get much positive response from them my company HR has contacted other vendor located at Indranagar (Bangalore). In the meanwhile 2 times my MNP number got expired, I generated new one, resubmitted the application, called the customer care and vendors but nothing has happened. Also my billling has been regular to my earlier vendor, this time I paid twice the amount of my bill so that my application does not get rejected due to
non-billing. By this time there is nothing from my side that I have not done for porting my number to Airtel. As on today after 16 days of my contact to the last vendor based at Indranagar, Bangalore the status says that my reference verification is pending and CRM order creation is in progress. Is this my responsibility to do these things? It seems that your company don't give priority to porting numbers and this is not your preferred target segment.
If you are not taking it seriously, atleast please inform me clearly that this is not possible so that I may try from other companies for the same that have CUSTOMER CARE in place. I expect at least a response from you (positive/negative). A day back I submitted complaint to Airtel online with complait number OT[protected] but till now nobody has cared to call me back. If this is the status of promptness and customer care with Airtel, I'll advise my all Friends and contacts to never go for Airtel services.
