Dear Sir,
My mobile Airtel postpaid number [protected] is to be change to Airtel prepaid. I submitted all the documents to your Airtel chakala gallery on 22.04.2015 and cleared the out standings . Till now my new sim card is not activated.
I called to your customer care and they told that there had no request for changing the post paid to prepaid. They told me to go again to chakala gallery. This is not the right way to treat customers & thier valuable time.
Hope you will take this seriously and do the needful.
