I had logged a concern to your good self, reference no. P[protected] and
61411716. My concern is very straight, that I HAD BEEN BILLED WRONGLY. I
requested for a new Airtel connection as family pack to your representative Mr.
Jaspreet([protected]). In this family pack, I requested for two more
participants i.e. my wife([protected]) and my mother([protected]). Both numbers
were running with advance rental postpaid plan and prepaid plan
respectively. We choose 1599 family plan plus two additional numbers plus
roaming plan. Upto best of my understanding and planning, my bill should
be[protected]+99+99+75=1872+service tax=Approx 2150. But
ironically I got bill for Rs 8600/- around. In between this my number was
showing 3G services but not getting the desired speed. You can verify this as I
had complained for this many times.
Now I have been receiving many calls from your collection team for payments.
And whenever I made my points, no body called back!!! Mr. Jaspreet told me
that company is giving Rs.2000/- wavier to me. Please guide me, Isn’t it is
injustice to me? Why should I pay for incorrect billing?
This is my last effort to resolve this issue. I wish to continue
with you ………so, please make me comfortable to get continued…..
