Airtel — Postpaid bill for [protected] is very high

I am Pavankumar Deshpande having an issue with my postpaid Corporate connections. I have taken 2 sims [protected] and [protected], both sims i have taken on same day by producing same id(My id) details. This month i mean from[protected] to[protected] i got a bill of 1432 for the number [protected]. Upon that i have gone through itemized bill where in no where corporate charges are applicable to both the numbers and calls between [protected] and [protected] has to be free, but here those calls have been charged with 50 paise/min. So i tried to contact customer service but did not get proper response as they are saying both no's registered id is different. How could be different sir? Both numbers are registered on my name and with my id details. Then i contacted to Airtel office where i took my both sim and explained everything. But she is suggesting me to pay this month and will take care of next month. Why should i pay my money for other s mistake? I wish and hope you will help me out in solving my problem. Hoping positive response from you.
