Airtel — postpaid number conversion

Address: Near Chatrapati Chowk, Kaspate Wasti, Wakad, Pune, Pune, Maharashtra, 411057

I requested to get my corporate connection being transferred to my personal name, submitted all my docs to nearest airtel store took rigorous follow up for 3 months but nothing was done. I mailed to airtel for getting help, received a call saying we will work on ur issue but again nothing happened.
Now my number isn't working and all the customer care agents are saying is as this is a corporate connection so they can't do any thing about it
