Dear sir/ madame
1. I have been using a post paid connection of airtel ([protected]) with infinity plan for some time now. I pay a monthly rental of about rs 890 for unlimited voice, roaming and about 19 gb of data.
2. The pre paid plans provide a much much better offer than any post paid. A 448 recharge gives a user 70 days o[censored]nlimited voice, national outgoing roaming and one gb data daily. For the same service as a post paid user i pay about 2200for 70 days and get much lesser data.
3. I would like to seek clarification from airtel about this policy. Ancestrally a postpaid costomer was a more loyal client and was supposed to get better services and benefits.
However, current sales policies indicate other wise.
4. I would like you to reply as to why i should not shift to airtel prepaid or may be post paid service of some other service provider with better returns. Cause paying more than three times is neither acceptable nor logical.
5. I also intend to highlight this matter with other users and appropriate agencies for clarification and necessary actions.
