Airtel — prepaid mobile no [protected], poor service

1. I have taken new airtel prepaid mob connection no [protected] on 25 Apr 2015 .from Air tel relationship centre at Crossing Republic, Ghaziabad and I am residing at Paramount Symphony, Crossing Republic. 2. My mob no is not working properly.I am facing problem in receiving incoming calls.When someone tries to contact on my no, it does not get connected. 3 I have aiready lodged complaint vide reference no PR[protected] and PR[protected] however problem has not been rectified tll date. 4 I am disappointed by this poor service kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.
