There is a new plan in airtel, for Rs.349 airtel is giving 28GB for 28 days validity. (1 GB per day). I recharged on 6th of March'17. But today 8th March'17 its showing the balance as zero. while checking with the airtel customer care, they said that there is no issue with there side. But still for me the balance is zero. My airtel mumber is [protected]. Please check and let me know what is the issue. My mail id is [protected]@hotmail.com.

Updated by Premanand2015 I got a call from the a number([protected]). They said they are from Airtel corporate office, they told that they will refund the money, but asking for all the details of the card. I deny to give the details. I am not sure the call is really from the Airtel. If so why they need the full card details.
