I recharged prepaid cell phone on 12.11.2017 n 18.11.2017 respectively.
All the time received message recharge successful to the said no.
But the said cell neither received message of recharge neither recharge amount added to the cell account.
On contacting customer care 121 was told the recharge amount will be added to said cell account r repaid to my account by all in vain n wrong till date.
Kindly refund the amount to my surreal account at an earliest. Thanking authorities. Was this information helpful? |
