I have done a recharge on[protected] of Rs. 379/- and outgoing services (Benefit: Unlimited Local, STD and National roaming calls, 6 GB data and 300 SMS) were valid until[protected]i.e. 84 days from the day of recharge, On 10th Oct 2020 morning i was not able to make call as IVR message was "your airtel no. is currently inactive, to reactivate the services recharge your no." I did recharge (10-Oct-2020) of Rs.100/- thought might be balance should not be zero but services were not activated. After that i did recharge (10-Oct-2020) of Rs.149/- and situation was same.
Issue: When service should be allowed till 26th OCT 2020 then why i was blocked with all type of incoming/outgoing services.
I called customer care 3-4 times on 121/198 but call was not getting connected to Operator, while selecting the option to check expiry and balance it was told over IVR that expiry was in June and all the services were barred because no recharge done to keep activate the services.
I sent mails to Nodal officer/121 email support and appellate cenntal Airtel email id and recieved response from Appellate Central Airtel team that all the above mentioned recharge was done on these dates and follow xyz steps to start with the mobile number and issue will get fixed. I followed the same but nothing is resolved.
For what kind of support / service AIRTEL is charging to the people of India. Its kind of loot from the Indian's pocket.
I want all short of benefits and compensation for not getting the service from last 3 days.
