I have given offer to activate 399 offer from my main balance, after adding 400 to my main balance couldn't able to activate it. When contacted customer they told that no such offer is available for you and you are only eligible for 448 plan. Again added 60 rs to my main balance and tried activating the 448 plan, again i couldn't able to activate that plan also.
When contacting customer care:
1. She told that they have some network problems and many are facing this issue. She took request and confirmed me that the same plan will be activated within 1pm.
2. He told that i have given request by 9.47am only so it will take 4 hrs to complete (By 12.45pm)
3. She told that no such option is available to do through customer care and when asked to connect seniors she connected but no one responded back for 10 mins so disconnected the call. (By 01.55pm)
4. Again she told that this can be done but it will take some more time, she confirmed that it will be activated within one hour and gave ref no for the complaint. (By 02.17pm)
5. He told that the team responsible is not present today so this will take time and he told that it will be resolved within by 3pm next day. At the end i asked him to hang himself if cant able to process the request within tom evening 3pm (In frustration).
6. By 5.30pm i got a call from their executive from number [protected] and he assured me that the plan will be activated within 12 am the same day. When i told that your executive told that it will take 24 hours he told that he will give special request and fix the problem within 12 am.
7. By 9.30am (The next day), spoken with a senior executive again and he told that the problem will be resolved by 4pm
8. Spoken with a executive and told to transfer the call to senior. Waited in the call for 7 mins but no one responded. (03.40pm)
9. Spoken with a senior and used some foul words he disconnected the call (03.45pm)
10. Spoken with a executive and told her to transfer the call to senior, after 4 mins wait she told that her senior is busy and she will rectify the issue. She confirmed that within 12 am the issue will be fixed. I have asked if not fixed then what can we do? Commit something so that if not fixed i can ask it. She doesnt committed anything but told it will be resolved within tonight.
I feel like hell without able to call anyone or msg anyone. These so called customer care executives/seniors simply telling that we understand you/your problem, we will resolve it at the earlier. There is no so called commitment and one senior person is telling that the team responsible is on leave so cant process it till they come. If they go for vacation and come back after 15 days then what will be the resolution for the customers.???
I have all the call recordings with customer care executives.
Atleast if they payback my money i can go ahead with online recharge or if they provide any other alternate it will be good.
Totally frustrated/ exhausted...
Kindly advice to resolve this geeks.
