I am writing to report a serious issue with Airtel regarding the re-KYC process for my mobile number **[protected]**. My outgoing services have been barred since 3rd January 2025 due to pending re-KYC, and despite multiple attempts to resolve this, no solution has been provided Key Details:

Steps Taken So Far:
1. Online Re-KYC Process:
- I successfully submitted my re-KYC through the online portal, but it is still showing as "pending."
2. Airtel Relationship Center Visit:
- I visited the Airtel Relationship Center at Bhawna Clarks, Agra, where I was informed that the KYC process cannot be completed or canceled until the current pending request is resolved.
3. Customer Care Calls:
- I have contacted Airtel's customer care multiple times, but they repeatedly assure me the issue will be resolved within 24 hours, which has not happened.
Impact:
This mobile number is critical for me as it is linked to essential services, including banking and work-related communication. The delay in resolving this issue has caused me significant inconvenience, including missed important calls and service disruptions.
My Request:
1. Expedite the completion of the pending KYC process, OR
2. Cancel the current KYC request so that I can reinitiate it.
Resolution Needed:
I kindly request immediate action to resolve this matter. Failure to do so will force me to escalate this issue to the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) and file a formal complaint with the Consumer Court.
