[Resolved]  Airtel — Reactivate sim

Hi,

My airtel prepaid sim got deactivated suddenly without any intimation or any message. I have been using this sim card for more than 5 years daily. Yesterday night i used it for calls and online transactions. But today suddenly it got deactivated. Request you to reactive my airtel prepaid number [protected].
Please take action on why my sim got deactivated.

Hi Akanksha,

My alternate number is [protected]. I have applied for new airtel sim registration with the same mobile number as advised by the officer in Airtel head office. But kindly let me know the reason for deactivating my sim without any proper intimation.

Hi Akanksha,

No, you have not shared any resolution with me. This is very bad as all my account like gmail, bank account got locked due to my airtel prepaid number deactivation without prior notification. I am requesting you to contact me in this number [protected] as soon as possible.
