Airtel — recharge amount deducted from my bank account but benefits not yet credited

I've done a recharge of amount 399 on 21- feb-2019 at 12.53 p. M. Here after 30 hours those benefits yet to be credited to my number.

All follow-ups with airtel customer care were unsuccessful. I haven't received those benefits yet. Airtel customer care representatives denied to refund my money and acted like i've no other option apart from waiting as they already have my money with them.
