[Resolved] Airtel — recharge done but plan not activated

I had done a recharge of rs 597 for airtel prepaid number using airtel app and made the payment using amazon pay, although the amount was deducted from my account but the plan is still not activated. I have received payment confirmation mail from amazon but when i contacted airtel customer care, they mentioned that no transaction was done from the app. Airtel customer care is just making me run from pillar to post without providing any resolution. A complaint with airtel has already lodged:
