Airtel — recharge failed but amount deducted and not refunded yet

I have done a recharge of amount 399. On airtel website to my new number [protected]. Using anazon pay method. Recharge become failed and amount of 399 is deducted from my amazon pay. And not refunded yet.

Please help me with this.
I request you to please provide me refund from airtel against this failed recharge.
