Sir/ma'am.. I'm an airtel user. I made a recharge of rs 399 on 17th november. Actually before making a recharge i show my offers dialing *121*51# there i found two offers at the same cost. One was 84 gb data (3gb per day) and loc+std calling for 28 days and the other was 70gb data (1gb per day) and loc+std calls for 70 days. That's why i dialed customer care number and asked to avail me the offer of 70gb data for 70 days. The officer i talked to said you can do recharge and you will availed with 70gb data 1gb/day and free calling for 70 days. After that i made an e recharge for rs 399 and i received an sms confirming that you are availed with 70 gb data for 70 days. I'm attaching that sms screenshot. Now yesterday i was using my data and i just found that my data crossed 1gb. My usage was about 1.6 gb yesterday after that i again talked to customer care and asked why it crossed above 1 gb. He said sir you are availed with 84gb data (3gb/day) i didn't want this because there is no fault of mine i confirmed before making the recharge. Sir please help me regarding this. I'm a student it's not easy for me to bear any loss as my needs are less. 🙁
