Airtel — recharge not done but the amount is deducted from my account

I did an online recharge of rs 98 6gb data pack. The amount has been deducted from my bank account but the recharge is not done yet i only got a text message with the txn id. And i haven't received any conformation message of the recharge done successfully. So can you please look through the matter and do my recharge as soon as possible or refund the money.

I have mistakenly double recharge on my airtel number.[protected] through Airtel app Rs.350 and through Phonepe Rs.400 on 22/01/2020.
I asked to please refund the latter recharge plan.

. I cannot open certain websites on google chrome like ( facebook, etc.) as it redirects me on this link http://one.airtel.in/rcconf again and again. Tried clearing browsing history and APN numbers. Please provide me a solution as soon as possible.

I bought FASTag in 30 December but today is 28 jan, and I did not get my FASTag, , , I get trouble on road toll. I am very disappointed to your service..I want to cancel my FASTag by Airtel, I want to money back
