I have done online payment towards recharge of DT amounting to Rs. 250/- around 7.30 am on 28 Jul 2018 for Digital TV ID [protected]. The transaction ID is[protected].
However, could'nt view the channels and I called to customer care and enquired and was told that the recharge process was not complete and the recharge amount will be credited to account. Received mail giving reference of the complaint - Reference No.78248711.
He asked me to recharge with min. amount of Rs.150/- again, which I did on 29 Jul 2018.
When I called to customer care number, I am being told that they will solve the problem shortly. I Would like to know what is the time limit you have fixed for short in your policy. It is really pathetic to know Company of such repute is doing so cheap business.
