Airtel — recharge was successful but plan did not active to the mobile

I have recharged my airtel account with 399 but after offer of 50 it reached me at 349 then i started making the payment i have 25 rs bal in my airtel payments bank i deducted them and the remaining 324rs through phonepe there i received a msg that money got deducted and the i can see that the recharge amount hasnt been to the number which i did money got debited to airtel payments bank and the balance there is the same wid 25rs but what about my 324rs money please try to resolve this as soon as possible
