On 1st Feb 2017 & 1st Jan 2017, I have recharged to Wrong number instead of min through Paytm. Please do the needful. I tried Calling Paytm and Airtel customer care but they are not able to resolve the issue./ Please help me here.

1) Paytm should provide an option to cancel the transaction within specific time duration like, within 24 Hrs.
2) Even if third parties are not able to backout the recharge amount, Atleast Airtel should have that option to deduct amount from wrong number and recharge to the correct one (Atleast the balance amount.)
Eg. If wrong number got 500 recharge and used 100 after complaint correct number should get atleast the balance 400. Was this information helpful? |
