Airtel cheated me, i didn't received my refund/replacement plan for the recharge done from my end.

Actually i tried to recharge one of my Airtel number on 15 July 2022 for Rs.109 smart recharge plan and valid for 30days only, from Amazon UPI payment. But instead of that, by mistake, i recharged to my Airtel first mobile number, it already have the Unlimited plan and expiry date is upto month September 2022, and i didn't used any service(Calls, SMS) using the last RS. 109 recharge.
Defect in Airtel system(Deadlock/delicate condition):
So here, i already have Unlimited plan in my first number, Due to defect in Airtel system it is not blocking me from Rs.109 smart plan recharge, so i cannot use the Rs.109 recharge amount anyway, it is no more useful, it will expire in 30days and my money will go waste only.
After the incident i have reported to customer care to refund my recharge, but they refused to take complaints and refund my amount, and no solution provided by Airtel to recover this amount.
No Solution from Airtel end:
After so many attempt (40mins of call), they registered ticket number,
I requested Airtel to provide some solution,
1.Refund Amount to my UPI or account.
2.Transfer to one of my Airtel mobile number
3.Exchange this to Data pack for same number
Til now, Airtel not given any solution/refund and they closed ticket on next day 16 July 2022 itself.
It is very much disappointing, in this defect in Airtel system and in this Deadlock/delicate condition Airtel doesn't have any protocols to follow.
India's largest network, with no protocol and solution, only running for looting customer money. VERY BAD SERVICE.
My Final request Airtel to come up with some protocol for this issue and provide me refund amount, it is a very BAR SERVICE from Airtel.
