[Resolved]  Airtel — Refund of advance amount paid for the services not used.

It's been more that 50 days that my data card has been deactivated and i was supposed to get a refund for the advance i had paid but have not used the services (As informed to me by customer care). Till date i have not received my refund. On the other hand, the back end writes a mail to saying that there is no refund as they cannot trace the interaction id where the customer care informed me that i was to get the refund.
