Updated by vijaymehtaji Dear sir, we had call from one of your team member & he wanted from us to submit copy of a cancelled Cheque and kind of document that will help them out .So i have attached passbook print, a cancelled cheque .and the proof of that cheque number given on account of your company .I hope this will be helpful to solve our problem.

Updated by vijaymehtaji Hi, I have raise a internet + telephone services request and paid the amount ₹500 by SBI indore cheque number 831834 on 22 August 2014 to Mr. Rupesh Agrawal (Airtel Executive) along with application form.The amount has been credited to your account on 26 august 2014. As the internet service was not feasible in my area then i requested them to refund my amount. I am following this issue with customer care and then submit complain to nodal team but haven't got any proper response from any one. then also i am unable to get my refund amount yet. It has been almost 2 and half years now and still i am not getting my refund amount. My airtel Account which is intimated by your company is :[protected].
