Airtel — refund of rs 950.21 pending towards airtel

I have paid rs 950.21 through airtel payment bank from my hdfc account. It was sent by cheque to my old address but not received by me. The same cheque sent by professional courier service and money deposited by same courier to bharti airtel. Kindly refund my rs 950.21 at the earliest. Account statement is notpossible for me to provide at this time. I am depositing
Professional courier receipt and cancelled cheque to you. Please do needful. I am fed up explaining about the same so many times.
