Airtel — regarding [protected] is not accepting tower

please help me to get tower of my number [protected], i am using last 3 years. recently 13.04.15 i recharge of 97 rupees internet pack. Because of no electricity my phone was switch up, after charge there is no tower. It is my humble request please help to active my number soon.
