I had been using Airtel Boradband service since last 1.5 years in Madhapur area at Hyderabad, Having good services I had againg choose the new connection.
I am feeling sorry to say, but I don't want this new connection. As I had applied for that at 1st march, still I am not getting any response from service provider. As they are failed in promising, The service provider, Mallikarjuna made promisse to be set connection on saturday or sunday. Well, He didn't picked up my call on that day. On monday he asked me to come at 12 O'clock in noon, I left my office work and came there, but no one was picking up my call till 3 O'clock, I waited and spoiled my 3 working hours, aftrer he came with new issue and told we are not able to set connection, we will come tommorrow.
Well, On Tuesday, there was another hope for me, He called me at near 11 O'clock and told to come at 5 O'clock, I again spoiled my 2 working hours and waited there, no one was picking my call, at night time he came to connect. Ahhh!! That was the silly reason, he had having two routers and no one was working(He should have to come with working one, Right!!??). He made me promise again to come between 8 to 10 O'clock in morning. No one came.
Overall, I see the very silly and bad service of broadband by Airtel . I want to cancell this connection (as it is not established yet this month's 8 days already passed ). As we are working people and I am tired with those falls promises. Please, Proceed for cancellation of connection refund to me.even for failed transaction they deducted money and didn't even have my refund even after several working days even after they promised to do so within 24 hrs Was this information helpful? |
