Hello team,
I applied for "airtel v-fiber superfast internet plan for 799" on sunday 19th november 2017. I got the call from representative named shivakumar with contact information [protected] and i paid the three month payment in advance over internet through my debit card for an amount of 2839/-. My airtel product payment txn id is : [protected].
It's been two days and installation has not been done yet. I called customer care and they confirmed that payment information does not reflect and installation has been delayed though i made the payment already for an amount of 2839 with transaction id [protected]..
I would like to take this matter with utmost priority and update the payment information in your system. Additionally please install the broadband at my home as early as possible since this has already been delayed a lot.
