I am siva, i just connected with the customer care executive about my issues at 23:19,[protected]. He can't solve my problem and he connected the call with his supervisor to me. But the way of supervisor spoke to me is really hurts and he didn't reply me for a long time while i am in call, and she spoke with some colleague instead of speak with me. I am not satisfied with the way of her speech and she shout on me and she disconnected the call while i speaking. This is not the correct way of treating the customer. I have the call records also. I want make a complaint against her legally from your side. I hope you will take a action about this complaint. My number is [protected].
And i also want to follow my complaint and the action taken by you on her. Please make the instructions to your executives about how to speak with the customers.
