This is highly escalated issue regarding sim not working from last 30-35 hrs.
I have replaced the old sim from with new one as it was not working from punjabi bagh airtel office. I already send the message to sim activation team at 3 pm on 26th august 2017 as per process. But still my sim not working. I called several times and got reply your sim will be start in 4 hrs or in 6 hrs. I already discussed with mayank as he said your sim will work in 4 hrs as he is manager and escalated this issue to higher level. Also with saurabh gupta (Second line manager) and got same update your sim will be activated after 10 am in the morning on 28th august 2017.
If this is the procedure for sim activation then sorry to say i really depressed first time with airtel this kind of support.
Just think off how its painful for customer during this situation when whole ncr suffered a lot due to ram rahim case and mobile is so much important to get in touch with your family members.
I do not know how you will take this mail. But this is a request from my end to start my number otherwise i do not have any other option to disable this service soon and also i have to disable all services from airtel already 3-4 numbers running in my family and broadband, data card also.
Waiting for reply on high priority basis.
