Hi my name is kevin I am visiting india and I have airtel calling, digtal and data service from october 2014 I am writing you because there are several deduction of my money so therefore I tracked why does my balance goes so low after recharge to my mobie services today on Tuesday September 1 I asked for my recharge to my account of rupees 34 for std calls that charge my account twice I kindly request to 121 for complain that please credit my account for rupee 34 since it has charge twice that were rude and told me that you not get credit for that amount its not the matter of 34 rupees its the matter of rude behavior if you as a company don't take care of your customer then who will so therefore I am kindly request you to take this matter seriously or else if I don't recive an email from you guys within 1 week period of time then I will file a dispute to your company and trust me I have every well knowledge of what to do next if insulting customers is your goal or service moto of your company called as airtel u can email me at kevin.[protected]@gmail.com or kindly contact me at [protected] thanks onces again I hope your company or your team take these matter seriously warm regards kevin rajda
