Sir i ported my sim from vodafone to airtel to get better services. But i think i made a mistake. First of all i can't recharge my airtel number from online e-wallets services (Including airtel payment app).
So i called airtel customar care sevral times and they said its a temporary issue and will be resolved within 24 hrs but its still 7-8 days and i still can't recharge, so again i called customar care and this time they said i have to recharge my number through local retailer. Sir then what's point of making digital india if i can't rechange my phone from internet.
So please help me to solve this problem or please provide me porting number so i can go back to vodafone if they are unable to solve that.
I can't do it manually because it needs at-least 90 days to port.
