Airtel — rent rebate for last four months and termination of service for last 16 days | |||
I am c. Jesurajan and my landline number is[protected]. I am using airtel for more than 10 years. For the past 4 years i am using the above mentioned landline number. From june 2017 we have been given 50 percent concession but it was not followed continuously and each month an amount more than the previous one is demanded. If i had known this earlier i would not have opted for the scheme. Though i have been complaining to 121 for the past 4 months there was no response. They have disconnected my service. For the past 15 days it was not active. Accidentally when they came today to canvas for the new modem they found our landline being disconnected and they activated it. I am not satisfied with the airtel customer service. I was mentally disturbed because my concern was not considered. Kindly take action. Was this information helpful? | |||
