Airtel — Request for Refund of Rs. 199/-

Dear Sir,
I did recharge of Rs. 199/- through Net banking. for 4 GB 3G/4G data for 28 days for mobile number [protected] on 02/03/2017. The amount was deducted from my account but recharge was not done. My transaction reference is [protected]IGAAWWJTY3 taken by INB Bharati Airtel. Therefore, it is requested to refund me the amount of Rs. 199/- immediately.

Dear Sir/Madam, I have done online banking recharge for my Videocon d2h, customer id is 63347320. This recharge has not succeed. but amount of INR :-1095 has been cut from my state bank of India account on 23/02/2017 . I have recharged through Net Banking. My SBI account is showing value date:- 23-Feb[protected]Feb-2017), and narration :- TO TRANSFER INB Bharat Business Channel L TECH_BARATB Payments, and ref. no. :[protected]IGAAVTNCJ5. Hence, it is requested to refund the said money of Rs. 1095/- in my account number [protected] immediately.
