Hello Sir / Mad'm
I got a SMS form airtel cust. care on 6th Of feb '23, that I need to submit my documents once again
for the reverification of the same. I find it bit piculiar why should a client needs to re-submit the docs. Its the responsibility of the company to take care of their clients records.
They even mentioned in the msg that I need to submit the docs at my earliest else they are going to deactivate my out-going & in-coming service simultaniously.
According to me they should send a verification call to the cust. instead of asking for the docs.I will be highly obliged if you guys can do something and help me sort out this problem. Was this information helpful? |
