Hi team,
My no airtel post paid [protected], which was deactive on july. This is my primary number which was registered for my personal uses.
In this number some amount was laying as dispute, and extra charges
Which your team has promised to reversed. But no body has bothered to reverse since last four months. As per your billing amount 6890 i have to pay for three month.in which i have charged some additional amount like data uses, booster packs etc which i have not activated but u have charged.
Apart from that i got a mail to pay 4200, on which i have paid 1000 on 8th july but they have not activated my no nor reversed the charges.
When i call to your customer care help line no body willing to file a complaint also they don't want solution. They only argue and they don't know how to behave with customer. A mnc company also having a market leader in telecome sector but unprofessional behaviour by your team which was not expected.
Awaiting for your positive response with a solution at the earliest.
